29 | Healing Generational Trauma, Wounds & Patterns

What I'm about to share with you has been a huge revelation for me the past few years.  I have observed the effects of trauma in my body and intentional sought out healing for every part of my being.  The reality is that our body & brain is changed, by not only what we experience in our life-time, but also what our ancestors experienced.  We've talked on the podcast before about neuroplasticity and how God gave us the ability to renew our mind & change our neural pathways to align with truth.  In the same light, today we're chatting about how to generational trauma, wounds & patterns impacts our entire system, including our DNA, and how to take steps forward to heal.
