20 | Taking Mental, Physical & Spiritual Inventory During Seasons of Transition

The season of our life is changing as we prepare for the fall and the school year to start.  I think it's important to pause for a moment of seasonal reflection to check in on your mind, body & spirit.  Every 4 months, I take a personal inventory of how I am doing: mentally, physically & spiritually.  I also like to reflect on how each person in my family is doing.  What are they struggling with?  What do they need to thrive?  How can I support them better?  This gives me a standard for determining my capacity, priorities and what I commit to moving forward.  In today's episode, I'm talking about how to take a mental, physical and spiritual inventory during seasons of transition.
