13 | 4 Stages of Building a Community that Lasts

Do you ever wonder why some relationships last and some fizzle out or fall apart?  Did you know there are 4 distinct phases that every relationship,  friendship and group needs to experience to get to a place of trust, safety and depth?  In today's episode, you will learn about these 4 stages to build a community that lasts.  What I'm about to share feels like a secret to life that I discovered from one my graduate professors, Dr. James Meyer.  He's an adjunct professor at Cairn University, has a ministry to pastors and co-pastors a church with his son.  Dr. Meyer has provided guidance to many pastoral leaders in navigating church conflict through mediation.  I can't wait to share with you this revelation that changed my life and how I do community.
